The BioRoter U-Hull (seen below) has a robust Stainless Steel 'U'-Trough ribcage design, with its oscillating spiraled paddle tine and central shaft system. It is because of our controlled mixing ability and the ability to add high temperature heat that the sludge waste material is turned into a premium quality Class A BioSolid material in as little time as 24 hrs.
We have taken the guess work out of composting and dehydrating. This is achieved using the latest technology PLC panel which can control all aspects of the BioRoter U-Hull from automated loading and mixing, high temperature insulated panels, moisture data tracking and recording, remote monitoring, and to the adding of heat, oxygen, and water as needed to facilitate the process.
