Producers in the hog and poultry industry deal with mortality management. Animal mortality is an unfortunate reality which requires appropriate measures be taken in order to prevent the spread of disease, odour and pest problems, as well as contamination of ground and water.
Over the years Triple Green Products has been involved in the research and development of mortality management in livestock production operations. Our research lead to the successful development and implementation of the Triple Green Products BioRoter Dehydrator. The BioRoter is a in-vessel dehydration system, which processes mortalities in approximately 14-16 hours depending on volume and size of unit. Our dehydrator can process mortalities into soil amendment, animal feed (where applicable) or biomass fuel in as little as 14-16 hours. The BioRoter helps producers with biosecurity while managing costs.
