GRAIN DRYING

GRAIN DRYING AT SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED COST WITH ADDED BENEFIT OF FASTER DRYING PROCESS

See our BioDryAir System in action in the video below

The heat source of a conventional grain dryer no matter the brand name, uses either natural gas or propane. Although this fuel source does work, it is VERY inefficient and very costly.

Both natural gas and propane produce a large amount of moisture when burnt.

This means that this water/moisture turns into water vapor when burnt. All of this moisture is now being put into the grain dryer, and yes, your grain. The BioDryAir’s heat source is dryer, making our system so much more efficient and saves you money: up to 90% reduction in costs. We can dry your grain with less BTU’s while also making your conventional grain dryer have much more through-put. The BioDryAir can hook up to any conventional grain dryer. Let Triple Green Products show you how to put money back into your pocket.

Triple Green Products has developed and tested a better way of drying your crops, especially corn, without the use of propane or natural gas and the high cost associated with these traditionally used fossil fuels. Our BioDryAir system hooks up to your existing grain dryer and provides very dry, hot air to efficiently and cost effectively dry your crops.

In North America, one of the most significant costs in agriculture is grain drying. To reduce these costs, specifically in corn farming, farmers have left the corn in the field for extended periods of time to let it dry naturally to mitigate their drying costs.

With the BioDryAir dryer system, you can pull your crop off the field sooner, dry it cost effectively and more efficiently. In the Southern U.S., this facilitates planting second crops on a more-timely basis. In the Northern U.S. and in Canada, where wet weather in the Fall and the threat of the cold hard winter and its unpredictable arrival can damage crops, using the BioDryAir system will allow you to take your crops off the field sooner without incurring crippling costs.

Our BioDryAir Grain Dryer supplies hot air to the grain drier via ducting, and can be placed near your current grain drying system.

The BioDryAir dryer has been used in the mining sector for over 10 years, successfully reducing costs for that industry. Now we are bringing the same system into the agriculture sector to reduce costs. The BioDryAir uses crop residue (for example, corn stover) as fuel, virtually eliminating the large cost of fuel.

Triple Green Products realizes there has been attempts in the past to dry grain with other fuels and methods. We know we had to get it right and with over 25 years of burning biomass and providing cost effective solutions we have the tested reliable solution.

The BioDryAir simply hooks up to your existing dryer with an air duct that directs the heat. The BioDryAir unit is fed the crop residue via a hopper and auger system commonly used in agriculture. The system is completely automated and can be controlled by your cell phone. The system also communicates with your dryer to provide the right amount of heat and at the right temperature. If for some reason you want to use propane or natural gas all you need to do is turn off the BioDryAir and operate your dryer as you have done in the past.

The BioDryAir offers many different sizes ranging from 3,000,000 BTU to 20,000,000 BTU for the largest commercial grain dryers. If you required greater than 20,000,000 BTU, we can use multiple units to accomplish this.

TGP offers several different solutions for biomass fuel feeding systems (walking floors) and storage (including hoppers with roll tarp) for simple and effective fuel storage and supply.
