Producers in the agriculture industry execute a key task within our global economy. Raising, managing and producing our food sources is integral to global well-being.

In agriculture livestock operations our Forced Air System is proven to provide healthier environments because the system removes the high moisture and ammonia levels thus shortening production days and lowering operation costs. An organic chicken operation also stated that since implementing a TGF Forced Air System, they have not only seen substantially reduced heating and production costs, but as well have reduced mortalities by 20%.

The Triple Green Flame (TGF) is a world-class heating system that is able to utilize multiple solid fuel/biomass sources to generate hot water, steam, or forced hot air while maintaining high efficiency and low emissions. In an agricultural setting, TGF Boilers are generally used as a central system dedicated to the generation and distribution of hot water or steam heat to multiple agricultural buildings. The use of solid fuels such as poultry litter, wood chips, pellets, flax shive, low grade/diseased grain and grain screenings, hog fuel, agricultural crop residue (soy bean or corn stalk), dehydrated mortalities and other organic wastes, etc., is a fraction of the cost of natural gas or propane and provides a carbon-neutral heating solution to producers.

See a video from Penn State University on our Triple Green Flame Boiler System

Installing a Triple Green Products boiler and filter allowed this Chesapeake Bay area farm to use chicken waste to heat their barns. The technology we provide was so effective, it earned them the Clean Water Farm Award for protecting and conserving soil and water.
