Triple Green Products biomass boiler systems can be fully equipped with our hydraulically operated Walking Floor Fuel Supply system. Our walking floor system can be installed into an existing structure/standalone building or outdoors contained in a hopper system (see picture). The system automatically loads biomass fuel into a conveyor, from where the material is fed into augers. Augers move biomass into the boiler as needed.

Our TGP Walking Floor is an effective way to feed our boilers. The walking floor ensures a constant, reliable method of feeding solid fuels to the boiler. The system is currently used in most boiler installs. The Walking Floor is particularly desirable for our hospital and institutional customers where they specifically require an enclosed, out-of-sight environment, while providing a reliable trouble free delivery system.
