AGGREGATE DRYING
FOR MINING, MINERALS, FORESTRY, FERTILIZER & GRANULATION
The heat source used for a Aggregate Dryer either uses natural gas or propane gas. Although this fuel source does work it is VERY inefficient and costly.
Both natural gas and propane produce a large amount of moisture when burnt.
This means that this water/moisture turns into water vapor when burnt. All of this moisture is now being introduced into the products that are intended to be dried. The BioDryAir’s heat source is dryer, making our system so much more efficient and saves you money, up to 80% reduction in costs. We can dry your products using less BTU’s while also making your equipment far more productive. Let Triple Green Products put money back on your bottom line while increasing production.
With the rising costs associated with using fossil fuels as a source of energy and the efforts being made to reduce carbon emissions, Triple Green Products wants the world to know that there is a better way. Triple Green Products’ BioDryAir system has been quietly supplying drying solutions to the mining industry and others for more than 10 years. This innovative technology can be applied in mining and other industries where drying solutions are an integral part of the business.
The BioDryAir system not only reduces operational drying costs by up to 80% over fossil fuels, it is also carbon neutral.
TGP offers systems up to 33,000,000 BTU on a single unit or can be supplied in multiples to achieve a much greater capacity.
The BioDryAir supplies a very hot and much dryer heat than either propane or natural gas making our system a much more effective drying solution.
The BioDryAir operates seamlessly within current infrastructures – ease of adoption involves hooking it up to a rotary drum (for mining applications) or a ducting system (for other applications) in place of the typical NG or propane burner.
