BOILERS & FURNACES
UNMATCHED HEATING EFFICIENCY
Triple Green Products boiler & furnace systems are efficient and clean burning. They are fed by a variety of fuels including natural gas/propane and various biomass options such as wood chips, pellets, agriculture waste, plant waste and other sustainable substances. Our boiler systems are available in 3 models: Hot Water, Steam or Forced Air. Each system features unique benefits.
Our boilers and furnaces are state of the art, safe and low-profile. Each of our models are turn-key and able to integrate with your existing heat system. Boilers and furnaces can be installed inside an existing mechanical room and operate out-of-sight with minimal noise. If you decide on a biomass fuel option, we have a variety of fuel delivery systems including Walking Floor, makes feeding our boilers easier than ever. It is fully-automated and integrated directly into the boiler control system for consistent fuel feeding.
Triple Green Products boilers and furnaces can be used in almost any setting. We have installs around the world in applications ranging from heating hospitals; large industrial and commercial buildings, greenhouses; and barns.

FEATURES OF OUR BIOMASS BOILERS AND FURNACES
The Triple Green Flame (TGF) Hot Water System uses biomass fuel combustion to generate hot water. The system can be fully integrated with the central heating system that you currently use. Our hot water boiler furnace has a long history of reliable, efficient service. It is a very effective, carbon-neutral way of providing heat while saving money compared to the increasing energy costs associated with other forms of energy.
The Triple Green Flame (TGF) Steam System uses biomass fuel combustion to generate hot water. The system can be fully integrated with the central heating system that you currently use. Our steam boiler furnace has a long history of reliable, efficient service. It is a very effective, carbon-neutral way of providing heat while saving money compared to the increasing energy costs associated with other forms of energy.
The Forced Air Furnace Systems are available in several fuel options, including natural gas/propane and biomass.
These systems offer a unique advantage for specific applications – this system provides warm, DRY forced air in environments where higher moisture levels may be present. This type of heat provides a healthier environment for commercial warehouse spaces, greenhouses and various agriculture operations where high moisture is a concern for both human and animal health. In agriculture livestock operations our forced air system is proven to provide healthier environments because the system removes the high moisture and ammonia levels thus increasing production and lowering operation costs. This system also is a solution to many types of grain drying applications because of its lower cost of operation relative to other current methods used.
We are proud to offer a new redesigned forced air furnace! Our new patent pending design offers increased efficiencies and is more user friendly! Give us a call to learn more!

We offer a variety of fuel storage solutions including silos for pellet or coal storage, and our TGP Walking Floor System.
Our TGP Walking Floor is the most effective way to feed our biomass boilers. The walking floor ensures a constant, reliable method of feeding solid fuels to the boiler. Our walking floor system is currently used in most boiler installs. The Walking Floor is particularly desirable for our hospital and institutional customers where they specifically require an enclosed, out-of-sight environment, while providing a reliable trouble free delivery system.
